Let's talk about Quality

To ensure and maintain an adequate level of quality, we use the 7 principles of Total Quality Management, which are:

1- Customer focus: Our customers are our priority, all the steps on our process must add value to the customer, if it does not, then it is a waste. It is necessary for us to understand our customer so that their needs can be satisfied.

2- Leadership: In the company there are leaders, not bosses; people who really understand the needs of employees. Trust between employees is vital.

3- Engagement of people: We make sure that all employees feel valued so we can trust them; the trust between our collaborators from different areas makes collaboration between them easier.

4- Process approach: Our processes are monitored and controlled at every single step; we ensure that the variation in processes is reduced to offer a better-quality service.

5- Improvement: The philosophy of our company is aligned with KAIZEN, a continuous improvement method, keeping track of the processes and finding ways of improving them.

6- Evidence-based decision making: When we take decisions, they are taking based on a systematic approach and backed by data, we do not take decisions on the spur of the moment.

7- Relationship management: We have an open relationship with our employees, we make clear what their responsibilities are so that they can work together easier.

Quality management systems

Our customers are people who needs reliable equipment, capable of capturing images of quality on the formats established and able to reduce the time of selection; thus, allowing them a saving of time in their activities.
Our company does the best to stablish a strongly relationship with our customers; we achieve this through different methods. We meet your needs and qualify your satisfaction of our services through the application of polls, focus groups and other techniques; In this way we can make the changes just to improve our quality for you.
All the departments in the company are interconnected, and they all understand the impact of their decisions in the other departments. We make use of technology and software that could help us in the communication and administration of all the changes that the company needs, also, we stablish weekly and monthly objectives per area to have a control in the assessment of the improvement.
